Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation का अनुरोध केवल order dispatch होने से पहले किया जा सकता है। Dispatch के बाद cancellation request स्वीकार करना संभव नहीं होगा।

Damaged / Incorrect Product
यदि आपको damaged, defective या गलत product प्राप्त होता है, तो कृपया delivery प्राप्त होने के 24 घंटे के भीतर हमें WhatsApp पर संपर्क करें। शिकायत के साथ order details और product की clear photos/video साझा करना आवश्यक है।

Return / Replacement
Return या replacement केवल eligible cases में, product की condition और issue की verification के बाद उपलब्ध होगा। Product unused, undamaged और original packaging में होना आवश्यक हो सकता है।

Customized Products
Customer के लिए विशेष रूप से customized किए गए products पर return या replacement सामान्यतः उपलब्ध नहीं होगा, सिवाय ऐसे मामलों के जहाँ product damaged या गलत भेजा गया हो।

Important Note
Return/replacement की final eligibility product की स्थिति, order details और reported issue की verification के आधार पर तय की जाएगी। Approved return/replacement के लिए हमारी team आपको आगे की प्रक्रिया और instructions WhatsApp पर बताएगी।
