FIYARA WAS aims to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order on our website.
Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
